DEQ Onsite Septic Program in Baker, Union, and Wallowa counties transitioning to Harney County

Harney County will officially assume administration of the onsite septic program from DEQ in Baker, Union and Wallowa Counties on June 1, 2025. Oregon ePermitting, the online permitting portal, will be unavailable for Baker, Union and Wallowa Counties during the transition and will reopen Monday, June 2, 2025.
