Definitions: (1) Dual Use Solo Vehicle: Issued to government solo vehicles that
are used in the performance of road maintenance on public highways and/or as
snowplows during winter weather conditions; and (2) Fire Apparatus: Authorizes
a fire apparatus to operate in excess of legal weights, as long as the tire
weights do not exceed 635 lbs. per inch of tire width.
