  • UPDATE: Agate Lake boat launch is open. The lake is 98% full.

Agency Lake (Klamath County)

  • Henzel and Petric Park boat ramps are open.

Allen Creek Reservoir (Crook County)

  • Open May 15 – September 15, this primitive boat ramp is located on the southeast corner of the reservoir. The access road is extremely primitive and rough, please drive slowly.

Alsea River

  • The boat ramp at Salmonberry Park and Campground will be closed May 1 – June 5, 2025 for retaining wall replacement.
  • The Port of Alsea boat launch and kayak dock are open.

Ana Reservoir (Lake County)

  • The boat ramp and boarding docks are open.

Antelope Flat Reservoir (Crook County)

  • The Antelope Flat boating access site is open.

Anthony Lakes (Baker County)

  • UPDATE: Anthony Lakes Campground and boat launch is open for the season.

Applegate Reservoir (Jackson County)

  • Hart-Tish ramp is open. The water is approximately 57 feet over the end of the ramp.
  • French Gulch boating access site is open year-round. The water is approximately 127 feet over the end of the ramp. The gravel road and ramp provide low-water access for off-season use of the reservoir.
  • Copper ramp is a primitive boat launch which consists of a paved roadbed leading into the lake, the pavement turns to dirt as the reservoir recedes. The water is approximately 65 feet over the bottom of the ramp.

Badger Lake (Hood River County)

Ben Irving Reservoir (Douglas County)

  • The boat ramp and East day use area are open.

Benson Lake (Multnomah County)

  • Benson Lake State Park is open. The park is only accessible to eastbound traffic, from exit #30. The restroom is open.

Beulah Reservoir (Malheur County)

Big Lake (Linn County)

  • Big Lake West, Big Lake campgrounds, and Big Lake Day Use boating access sites are open for the season.

Blair Lake (Lane County)

Blue Lake (Multnomah County)

  • Blue Lake Regional Park is open.

Blue River Reservoir (Lane County)

  • Saddle Dam boat ramp is open. There is approximately 45 feet of water over the bottom of the boat ramp.
  • Lookout Campground is open and the water is approximately 10 feet over the bottom of the ramp.

Bradley Lake (Coos County)

  • Bradley Lake boat ramp is open year-round.

Brownlee Reservoir (Baker County)

  • ADVISORY: Idaho Power recommends checking water levels on their website before heading to one of the boat ramps on the reservoir. Unsettled weather can cause rapid changes to inflows and can impact access to ramps, especially those at Hewitt Park and Farewell Bend. Data - Idaho Power WebPortal. If the elevation information does not load, be sure to refresh your screen.
  • EVENT: IBA Big 30 Carp Tournament is scheduled June 28-29 from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
  • UPDATE: Farewell Bend State Park boating access is open. There is approximately 32 feet of water over the bottom of the boat ramp.
  • UPDATE: Hewitt Park low-water ramp and docks are open with approximately 31 feet of water over the end of the ramp.
  • UPDATE. Hewitt Park day use ramp (middle ramp) is open.
  • UPDATE: Holcomb Park boat ramp and docks are open; the water is approximately 22 feet above the boat ramp.
  • UPDATE: Moonshine Mine boat ramp is open. There is approximately 49 feet of water over the bottom of the boat ramp.
  • UPDATE: The Spring Recreation Campground is open. The boarding docks are installed and the restroom and drinking water are available. The water is approximately 14 feet over the bottom of the ramp.

Bull Prairie Reservoir (Grant County)

  • Bull Prairie Campground is open
Bully Creek Reservoir (Malheur County)

Campbell Lake

  • Campbell Lake Campground is open.

Cape Meares Lake (Tillamook County)

  • Cape Meares Lake boat ramp is open. Use caution when launching as you may encroach on Bay Ocean Rd.

Carmen Smith Reservoir (Lane County)

Cheadle Lake (Linn County)

Chetco River

  • UPDATE: The Port of Brookings Harbor boat ramp is open. The parking lot is scheduled for sealcoat and re-stripe on June 10 through 18. Sections of the parking area will be open, depending on where the work is being done. Follow posted signs and observe barricaded areas.
  • Alfred A. Loeb State Park access to the gravel bar is open. There is a drop off on the access to the gravel bar. 
  • Miller Bar, Nook Bar, Redwood Bar, and South Fork Campgrounds and Day Use areas have large drop offs on the access to the gravel bar.

Chickahominy Reservoir (Harney County)

  • The boat ramp is open. The docks have a temporary connection to the abutment and piling.

Clackamas Lake

  • Clackamas Lake Campground is open for the season.

Clackamas River

  • Clackamette Park is open, however the boat ramp is closed for safety. Paddlecraft may launch from shore.
  • Carver Park and Barton Parks are open.
  • Milo McIver State Park boat ramp is open.
  • Moore Creek, Hole-in-the-Wall, and Sandstone Boat Access sites are open year-round.
  • Fish Creek boat slide remains closed from the 2020 Fire. Mt. Hood National Forest | Fish Creek Campground & Day Use | Forest Service

Clear Lake (Linn County)

  • UPDATE: Coldwater Cove is open for the season.
  • Clear Lake Resort, Marina and boat ramp are open year-round. 

Clear Lake (Wasco County)

Cleawox Lake (Lane County)

  • ADVISORY: March 15th through September 15th. Some beaches have seasonal recreation restrictions during nesting season for the western snowy plover. On these beaches, foot and equestrian traffic are permitted on wet sand only; all other recreation is prohibited.  Areas with special rules are marked on the beach with signs.   • Honeyman State Park boating access is open.

Coffenbury Lake (Clatsop County)

Cold Springs Reservoir (Umatilla County)

Columbia River

  • UPDATE: Chinook Landing ramp, docks and restrooms are open. The pumpout and dump stations are available. The restrooms are closed for sewer repairs. Portable toilets are available for use.
  • Hammond Marina is open. Repairs on D Dock have been completed. Water will be connected by June 15.
  • Warrenton Marina and boat ramp are open.
  • City of St Helens Courthouse docks are open. Water, power and pump out station are operating. Repairs to the docks and debris boom are nearing completion. Docks will remain open during construction with minimal disruption.
  • The Donaldson Marina is now under Sundance. The pumpout is having intermittent issues but is working.
  • M. James Gleason boating access is open. The pumpout and dump stations are open.
  • Sandy Beach (Schwitter Landing) tie-up dock was damaged. 24 feet of dock have been removed, and State Parks is working to determine the best course of action for repair. For questions, please contact Guy Rodrigue at guy.rodrigue@OPRD.oregon.gov
  • Rooster Rock day use is open year-round. The launch ramp is only usable during higher river flows due to heavy sedimentation. 
  • Port of Cascade Locks boat launch is open.
  • Port of Hood River boat launch is open.
  • Mayer State Park boating access is open.
  • Port of The Dalles boating access and short-term tie-up dock are open. The pumpout and dump station are operational. The marine fuel station is operated by the Yacht Club and offers both diesel and gasoline.
  • The Port of Arlington boat launch, marine fuel station, nonmotorized launch and tie-up dock are open.
  • Boardman Marina boat launch is open.
  • Irrigon Marina and boating access are open. The pump/dump station is not operational at this time. For the latest information, call (541) 922-3225 or (541) 571-5725.
  • Umatilla Marina boat ramp and docks are open.
  • Hat Rock State Park is open.

Cooper Creek Reservoir (Douglas County)

  • Cooper Creek East and West boating access sites are open.

Coos Bay

Coos River

  • Myrtle Tree boat ramp is open.

Coquille River

  • UPDATE: Coquille boat ramp is open for the season.
  • UPDATE: The Arago boat ramp is open. Boarding docks are installed.
  • Bandon Marina and Boat Ramp are open.
  • Bullard's Beach ramp is open, and the docks are installed.
  • Riverton boat ramp is open.
  • Sturdivant Park's boat ramp and short-term tie-up dock are open.

Cottage Grove Reservoir (Lane County)

  • Wilson Creek boat ramp is open for the season. The water is approximately four feet over the end of the ramp. Please avoid power loading your boat on and from your trailer. Power loading and unloading can damage the lower portion of the boat ramp causing expensive repairs and permitting.
  • Lakeside Boat Ramp is open year-round. There is approximately 38 feet of water over the end of the ramp.

Cougar Reservoir (Lane County)

Coyote Creek (Lane County)

  • Coyote Creek (Cantrell Road) paddle access will be closed June 23 and 24 for a geotechnical investigation. Alternative launch site Perkins Peninsula in Fern Ridge Reservoir.

Crane Prairie Reservoir (Deschutes County)

  • UPDATE: The Reservoir is approximately 88% full. Hydromet Pacific Northwest Region | Bureau of Reclamation
  • EVENT: Central Oregon Bass Club Tournament is scheduled for June 7, 2025 from 5:30 AM to 3:00 PM. CentralOregonBassClub (@centraloregonbassclub) • Instagram photos and videos
  • Browns Mountain boating access has a shallow slope with four-inch gaps between concrete planks. The location on the reservoir provides for calmer water and is a great place for paddlers to explore.
  • Rock Creek boating access and campground is open for the season.
  • Quinn River boat launch and campground are open for the season. The ramp has a shallow slope, and the asphalt approach is damaged and breaking apart.
  • Crane Prairie Day Use boating access site is open and has new, permanent boat docks.
  • Crane Prairie Campground ramp is open.
  • Crane Prairie Resort and Marina are open for the season.

Crescent Lake (Klamath County)

Crystal Creek

  • Malone Springs boat launch is open.
  • Rocky Point ramp on Recreation Creek is open, about ten-minute drive south and trailered boats can use the boat ramp.

Cullaby Lake (Clatsop County)

Cultus Lake (Deschutes County)

  • Cultus Lake Campground and boat ramp are open for the season.
  • Cultus Lake Day Use and boating site are open and the docks are installed.

  • Big Cove Boat-In, Little Cove Boat-In, and West Cultus Campgrounds are closed until June 13th.

Davis Lake (Deschutes and Klamath Counties)

  • East Davis Lake campground and boat launch are open for the season.

Deadhorse Lake(Lake County)

Delintment Lake (Harney County)

  • Delintment Lake Campground and boating access are open for the season.

Depoe Bay (Lincoln County)

  • Depoe Bay boat ramp is open.

Depot Slough (Lincoln County)

  • The Port of Toledo short-term tie-up docks, pumpout and dump station are open.

Deschutes River

  • UPDATE: Heritage Landing is open. The scat machine is back online.
  • Mecca Flat Campground entrance road is extremely rough, requiring 4WD. The ramp has a two-foot drop off at the end, boating launch is very difficult.
  • Miller's Landing Park is currently undergoing a river access and restoration project. Visit Miller's Landing River Access and Restoration Project - Bend Park and Recreation District for more information and to sign up for project updates.
  • Lava Island Falls (Big Eddy), Aspen, Dillon Falls, Slough, and Besson, are open, weather dependent.
  • Big River Campground and boat access are open for the season.
  • Harpers Bridge and Tetherow boat access are open, weather dependent.
  • Pringle Falls and Wyeth Campgrounds are open for the season.
  • Bull Bend Campground and boating access is open for the season.
  • Tenino Boating Site is open, weather dependent.
  • Cow Meadow Campground and boating access site is open for the season.

Detroit Lake (Marion and Linn Counties)

  • NEW: The floating restrooms are in need of repair. The Forest Service anticipates installing them in time for July 4 weekend.
  • NEW EVENT: Fireworks Over the Lake firework display is scheduled July 5, from 10:00-10:00 PM. Detroit Lake Fireworks - Detroit Oregon
  • Kane's Marina is open for the season.
  • Detroit Lake Marina is open for the season.

  • Southshore Campground tentative opening in June.
  • State Park D loop boating access is open. The water is fluctuating at the bottom of the ramp.
  • State Park G loop boating access is open. The water elevation is approximately 26 feet over the bottom of the boat ramp.
  • Cove Creek and Hoover campgrounds are open for the season.

Devil's Lake (Deschutes)

Devil's Lake (Lincoln)

  • NEW EVENT: Devils Lake Independence Day Celebration is scheduled July 5, from 10:00-11:00 PM. Devils Lake Neighborhood Association
  • Devil's Lake State Recreation Area Day Use is open year-round, weather dependent. The campground is open for the season.
  • Regatta Park and Holmes Road Park are open.

Dexter Reservoir (Lane County)

  • EVENT: US Rowing Northwest Masters Regional Championships 1000 meter rowing race is scheduled June 20-22, from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Regattas on Dexter Lake | Oregon Association of Rowers | Lowell, Oregon — Oregon Association of Rowers (OAR). All Lowell ramps will be closed for this event.
  • Lowell and Dexter State Park boat ramps are open, and the docks are floating. Water is approximately nine feet above the bottom of the ramps. Please avoid power loading your boat on and from your trailer. Power loading and unloading can damage the lower portion of the boat ramp causing expensive repairs and permitting. Be cautious of an increase in woody debris in the water.

Diamond Lake (Douglas County)

Dog Lake (Lake County)

  • Dog Lake Campground and boat ramp are open for the season.

Dorena Reservoir (Lane County)

  • Baker Bay marina and boat ramp are open. The water is approximately 54 feet over the end of the ramp.
  • Harms Park is a high water boating access site. The water is fluctuating at the bottom of the ramp. Please avoid power loading your boat on and from your trailer. Power loading and unloading can damage the lower portion of the boat ramp causing expensive repairs and permitting. Be cautious of an increase in woody debris in the water.

Duncan Reservoir (Lake County)

  • Duncan Reservoir Campground is open and was stocked by ODFW in mid-May. Please report illegal fish introductions to 1-800-452-7888.

East Lake (Deschutes County)

  • East Lake and Cinder Hill Campgrounds, and Hot Springs Boating Site are closed until mid-June.
  • East Lake Resort is open.

Eel Lake (Coos County)

  • William M. Tugman State Park boat launch and kayak launch are open

Elk Lake (Deschutes County)

Emigrant Lake (Jackson County)

Estacada Lake (Clackamas County)

  • The Estacada Lake boating access in Milo McIver State Park is open.
  • Timber Park nonmotorized launch is closed for 2025 for dam construction. Alternative launch locations can be found here: Timber_Launch_Alternatives_-_2025_Closure.pdf

Fall Creek Reservoir (Lane County)

  • Cascara boating access is open and the boarding dock is floating. Water is fluctuating at the bottom of the ramp. Please avoid power loading your boat on and from your trailer. Power loading and unloading can damage the lower portion of the boat ramp causing expensive repairs and permitting. Paddlecraft can carry down.
  • Winberry is open. Water is approximately 12 feet over the end of the ramp. The dock is floating.
  • North Shore is open with approximately 86 feet of water over the end of the ramp as of last week. There is woody debris in the reservoir which can block ramp access.

Faraday Lake (Clackamas County)      

  • Faraday Lake is open.

Fern Ridge Reservoir (Lane County)

  • The Floating Restroom is scheduled to be installed on June 4.
  • Richardson Park Marina is open. The water is more than eight feet of water over the end of the boat ramp. Please avoid power loading your boat on and from your trailer. Power loading and unloading can damage the lower portion of the boat ramp causing expensive repairs and permitting. The pumpout and dump station are offline for the season. Boaters can use the pumpout and dump station at Orchard Point Marina.
  • Perkins Peninsula Park is open. The water is approximately five feet over the end of the ramp. Please avoid power loading your boat on and from your trailer. Power loading and unloading can damage the lower portion of the boat ramp causing expensive repairs and permitting.
  • Orchard Point Marina is open. There is approximately nine feet of water over the end of the ramps. The pumpout and dump station are open. Please avoid power loading your boat on and from your trailer. Power loading and unloading can damage the lower portion of the boat ramp causing expensive repairs and permitting.

Fish Lake (Baker County)

  • Boating access is anticipated to reopen in July.

Fish Lake (Jackson County)

  • Water levels are above average this year and the boat ramp is accessible.

Fish Lake (Lane County)

  • This seasonal lake fills up in the spring and is evaporated by mid-summer. The lake is very cold so, dress appropriately.

Floras Creek (Curry County)

  • Boice Cope Campground and boat ramp are open.

Foster Reservoir (Linn County)

  • EVENT: Best in the West Triathlon Festival is scheduled June 7, from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM. Best in the West Website
  • Calkins Park is open. The water is approximately four feet over the bottom of the ramp. Please avoid power loading your boat on and from your trailer. Power loading and unloading can damage the lower portion of the boat ramp causing expensive repairs and permitting.
  • Gedney Creek boat ramp is open. The water is approximately 16 feet over the bottom of the ramp.
  • Sunnyside Park day use, and boating access is open year-round. Water levels are approximately 22 feet over the bottom of the boat ramp.
  • Lewis Creek is open for the season.

Fourmile Lake (Klamath County)

Frog Lake (Wasco County)

  • NEW: Frog Lake Campground and Day Use primitive boating access is open. Now is a great time for paddlers to enjoy this small lake.

Galesville Reservoir (Douglas County)

  • Chief Miwaleta County Park is open.

Garrison Lake (Port Orford)

  • 12th Street boat ramp and Pinehurst gravel ramp are open. Pinehurst is a great access site for paddlecraft to explore the lake.

Gerber Reservoir (Klamath County)

  • UPDATE: The reservoir is approximately 86% full.
  • The North and South boating access sites are open, as well as Barnes Valley access.

Gold Lake (Lane County)

  • Gold Lake Campground and Day Use are scheduled to open in June.

Grand Ronde Lake (Union County)

  • Grand Ronde Lake Campground is scheduled to open in July.

Green Peter Reservoir (Linn County)

  • UPDATE: Whitcomb Creek boat ramp is open. The water is fluctuating at the bottom of the ramp. Please avoid power loading your boat on and from your trailer. Power loading and unloading can damage the lower portion of the boat ramp causing expensive repairs and permitting.
  • UPDATE: Thistle Creek upper ramp is out of water. The lower ramp is open with more than 50 ft of water over the bottom of the ramp. There is a lot of debris on the lake, keep a lookout.

Haystack Reservoir (Jefferson County)

  • ADVISORY: Haystack reservoir is a recirculating system, and the water elevation goes up and down during the irrigation season.  When reservoir storage is below 3,600 acre-feet or approximately 64% the West boat ramp is closed.   When it is above that level it is normally open.   • UPDATE: Haystack South is open for day use and camping.

  • Haystack East Campground and boat ramp are open.

Heart Lake (Lake County)

  • Heart Lake boating access site is open for the season. The boat ramp and dock are in disrepair use caution when launching trailered boats or carrying down paddlecraft on the boat ramp.

Hells Canyon Reservoir (Wallowa County)

  • Hells Canyon Creek boat ramp is open year-round and the Visitors Center is open.
  • Copperfield boat launch open, weather dependent. Call 541-785-7251 for current road conditions between Oxbow and Hells Canyon Dam.

Henry Hagg Lake (Washington County)

  • NEW EVENT: I'm Hooked Great Outdoor Experience.  June 7-8 7:00am-4:00pm.  Come meet our Boating Safety Advocates during the event.
  • NEW EVENT: Hagg Lake Hustle open water swimming instruction is scheduled June 14, from 7:00 – 11:00 AM.
  • ADVISORY: Remember to check the waterway rules. Boat Oregon Map There is a 200 ft. slow no wake zone around the entire perimeter of the lake. Boats operating east of the buoy line must move in a counterclockwise direction and not exceed 35mph.   Protect your boating activities and follow the rules! 
  • EVENT: Take a Soldier Fishing event is scheduled June 14, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Take a Soldier Fishing Website
  • Ramps A and C have more than 60 feet of water over the bottom of the ramp.

Hills Creek Reservoir (Lane County)

  • Packard Creek Campground and Day Use area are open. The Boat Ramp is open year-round, and water is 61 feet over the end of the ramp. As the water recedes, the ramp narrows from two lanes to one, and the docks do not float.
  • CT Beach boating access is open. The water is five feet below the bottom of the boat ramp. Please avoid power loading your boat on and from your trailer. Power loading and unloading can damage the lower portion of the boat ramp causing expensive repairs and permitting.
  • Bingham boat launch is open. However, the water is 18 feet below the bottom of the boat ramp. Please avoid power loading your boat on and from your trailer. Power loading and unloading can damage the lower portion of the boat ramp causing expensive repairs and permitting.

Holbrook Reservoir (Lake County)

  • Holbrook Reservoir Campground and boating access is open for the season. The boat dock is underwater.  Use caution when launching.

Hosmer Lake (Deschutes County)

Howard Prairie Reservoir (Jackson County)

  • UPDATE: Howard Prairie Resort boat ramp, marina, and gas pumps are open. If you haven't reserved your marina slip for a night, week or seasonal, contact Jackson County Parks Office (541) 774-8183. The reservoir is 95% full. Hydromet Pacific Northwest Region | Bureau of Reclamation
  • Grizzly Park, Klum Landing, and Willow Point Campground boating access facilities are open for the season.

Hyatt Lake (Jackson County)

John Day River

Jubilee Lake (Union County)

Juniper Lake (Harney County)

  • This is a 170-acre lake east of Steens Mountain. Paddlecraft can carry down to the water when the lake is full.

Kilchis River

  • UPDATE: Parks Landing, Mapes Creek and Kilchis County Park boat launches are open for use. Mapes Creek boat ramp has a significant drop off at the bottom of the ramp due to low flows. It should be fixed before the fall fisheries begin but until then boaters should use extreme caution and launch at their own risk.

Kinglsey Reservoir (Hood River County)

  • The Campground is open. The Campground has small primitive gravel launch points for paddlecraft to access the water.
  • Kingsley Day Use and concrete boat ramp is open. Remember to check the waterway rules for boat operation. Boat Oregon Map

Kinney Lake (Wallowa County)

  • The lake is open for the season. There is a primitive nonmotorized boat launching area, gravel parking and portable toilet available.

Klamath River

  • ADVISORY: J.C. Boyle, Copco 1 and 2 and Iron Gate dams have been removed, and the river is flowing freely. The Oregon section from Keno Dam to Spring Island Ramp is technical water river classification III to IV+ and only very experienced whitewater boaters with advanced skillsets for self-rescue should   recreate.  Inexperienced boaters are encouraged to go with a registered outfitter guide to experience this evolving river.  In Oregon, all boaters are required to wear a properly fitting U.S. Coast Guard approved life jacket for any rivers with a Class III or higher rating. OSMB also encourages wearing a helmet while whitewater boating.
  • The Spring Island Ramp is open.

  • Moonshine Falls is not open. Anticipated opening in late June with full opening August.

Krumbo Reservoir (Harney County)

Lake Owyhee Reservoir (Malheur County)

  • UPDATE: Gordon Gulch boat ramp is open year-round. There is currently approximately 55 feet of water over the bottom of the boat ramp. The docks are installed.
  • UPDATE: Indian Creek boat ramp is open. There is currently approximately 71 feet of water over the bottom of the boat ramp. The docks have been installed.

Lake Penland (Morrow County)

  • Penland Lake Campground is open year-round. The snow is clear, and the site is accessible.

Lake Simtustus (Jefferson County)

  • UPDATE: Pelton Park Marina boat launch is open, and rentals are available.
  • Pelton Park Campground is open for the season.
  • Indian Park Campground is open.

Laurance Lake (Hood River County)

  • Laurance Lake Campground and boat ramp are open. The road is very rough at Eliot Creek and prone to washouts. High clearance vehicles only. No trailers.
Lava Lake (Deschutes County)
  • Lava Lake campground, boating access are open and docks are installed.

Lofton Reservoir (Lake County)

  • Lofton Reservoir Campground and boating access is open for the season. There is construction on the road taking place that is narrowing the travel lane. Use caution in those areas.

Lookout Point Reservoir (Lane County)

  • UPDATE: Meridian Park is open. The water is approximately 11 feet below the ramp and trailer launching is not possible at this time. Paddlecraft can carrydown to launch.
  • UPDATE: The Signal Point boat ramp is open. There is approximately 80 feet of water over the bottom of the boat ramp.
  • UPDATE: Hampton boating access water level is approximately 11 feet below the ramp and trailer launching is not possible at this time.
  • UPDATE: Black Canyon Campground and boat ramp are open for the season. The water is fluctuating at the bottom of the ramp. Please avoid power loading your boat on and from your trailer. Power loading and unloading can damage the lower portion of the boat ramp causing expensive repairs and permitting.

Loon Lake (Douglas County)

  • Loon Lake Recreation Site is open Memorial Day weekend through September 30th.
  • The East Shore Day Use Area is open year-round, weather dependent. Paddlecraft can carry down from the Day Use Area.

Lost Creek Reservoir (Jackson County)

  • Joseph Stewart Resort and Marina are open, and the water is approximately 58 feet over the end of the ramp.
  • Takelma has approximately 118 feet of water over the bottom of the boat ramp. This boat ramp is open year-round, weather permitting. 

Lost Lake (Clatsop County)

  • Lost Lake Day Use is a 14-acre lake that has a primitive boat launch and is great for nonmotorized boats.

Lost Lake (Hood River County)

  • Lost Lake Campground is open for the season.
  • The Resort is now open for the season.

Lost Lake (Linn County)

Luckiamute River

  • Luckiamute Landing is open year-round. The bridge accessing North Luckiamute State Natural Area (Crocker Road) is closed due to severe structural damage.

Magone Lake (Grant County)

  • Magone Lake is currently only accessible from the 395/NF-36 Rd (East Fork Beech Creek).

Malheur Reservoir

  • The boat ramp is open and fishing is good.  Try contacting The Outdoorsman 541-889-3135, a local sporting goods store in Ontario for the latest information.

McKay Reservoir (Umatilla County)

McKenzie River

  • Armitage Park, Hayden Bridge, French Pete, Bellinger Landing, Hendricks Bridge, Deerhorn Landing, Leaburg Landing, Greenwood Landing, Goodpasture, Helfrich Landing, Forest Glen Landing, and Hamlin are open.
  • Ben and Kay Dorris State Park, Silver Creek Boat Launch, Finn Rock Boat Launch, Bruckart Landing, and McKenzie Bridge are open.
  • Paradise and Frissell are open.

Mercer Lake (Lane County)

  • Mercer Lake Boat Ramp is listed as open.

Metolius River

  • ADVISORY: There is a full-spanning strainer about ¼ mile downstream of the Camp Sherman Store and upstream of the Camp Sherman Campground. Two trees across the river make floating impassable. The trees can be seen from a distance and good portage locations are on river left with a trail running along that side of the river. (Reported 5/6/25)

Miller Lake (Klamath County)

  • Digit Point Campground and boat launch and Gideon Day Use are anticipated to open in June.

Millicoma River

  • Doris Place and Rooke-Higgins ramps are open.

Minam River

  • Minam State Recreation Area boat launch is open. Parking in this area is day use only.

Moon Reservoir (Silver Creek Dam) (Harney County)

  • The boating access is open and was stocked in early May.

Morgan Lake (Union County)

  • Morgan Lake Campground is open.

Multnomah Channel

  • Hadley's Landing mooring dock is available for boaters, however due to needed repairs, there is no access to the shore. State Parks is considering options for the very old dock.

Necanicum River

  • The Necanicum is open to angling for the season.
  • The SEF Johnson Tract boat ramp on Hwy 101 will be closed to vehicle access until the fall fisheries begin in mid-October. Walk-in access is still allowed.
  • Quatat Marine Park and Cartwright Park boating access sites in Seaside are open. Gates can be opened and closed manually.

Nehalem Bay (Tillamook County)

North Santiam River

  • Fishermen's Bend Recreation Site has limited day use; no camping or dump station is available.

North Twin Lake (Deschutes County)

  • The Campground and boating access are open for the season.

North Umpqua River

  • Hestness Landing, Amacher Park, Whistler's Bend, Colliding Rivers, and Umpqua Landing are open.
  • Bogus Creek raft launch is closed from the Archie Creek fire. The U.S. Forest Service is working on plans to rebuild the boating access.

Ochoco Lake (Crook County)

  • NEW: The floating restroom installation is delayed for the season due to significant water fluctuations. Once the water levels even out and the water warms, the floating restroom will be installed.

  • Oxbow Regional Park is open. It will close in the Fall 2026 for replacement of the water lines and repairs to the roadway.

Scappoose Bay (Columbia County)

  • UPDATE: Scappoose Bay Marina and boat ramp are open. The pumpout is operational. There is no fishing or fish cleaning allowed in the Marina. This facility recently completed a project to renovate the upland parking, sidewalks, landscaping, and staging areas. The Scappoose Bay Marine Park will be undergoing pavement maintenance from June 9 to June 17. This is a phased project alternating available parking areas. The boat ramp will be closed on June 16 for sealcoat, otherwise it will be open with traffic route changes. Note that dates may change depending on weather conditions. Scott Lake (Lane County)

  • The Farmington boat launch is open. Construction of the roundabout at the intersection of Farmington and River roads is anticipated to be completed by Fall 2025.   • Wallowa Lake State Park boat ramp is open. The boarding docks have been installed. If you are planning on visiting the park in the spring, please check the weather and come prepared for possible snow and freezing temperatures. Although snow has begun to melt in the park, winter conditions are a common occurrence in spring and the early summer, especially at night.
  • Wallowa County Park is open and part of the boarding docks are installed.

Wapato Marsh (Multnomah County)

Warm Springs Reservoir (Harney and Malheur Counties)

  • The boat ramp is open, with more than 25 feet of water over the bottom of the boat ramp.

Westport Slough (Clatsop County)

  • Westport County Park ramp is open.

Wickiup Reservoir (Deschutes County)

Willamette River - Coast Fork

  • Howard Buford Recreation Area is open year-round from dawn to dusk.

Lower Willamette River (Confluence with Columbia River to Willamette Falls)

  • St. John's Bridge in Cathedral Park continues to be under restoration. The project has been extended due to the need for more extensive concrete repairs. ODOT anticipates completing the work in Cathedral Park by March 2027, and all work completed by June 2027. The boat ramp, docks and parking area are open during construction.   • Milwaukie Bay Park is open. The boarding docks have been installed for the season

  • Jon Storm Park and restrooms are open. The parking lot is currently closed for the I-205 widening project to allow construction access.
  • Sportcraft Landing is open. The ODOT bridge contractor is working, so watch for barges and work boats in the area.

Middle Willamette River (Willamette Falls to Salem)

  • UPDATE: Bernert Landing is open. This location will be closed from July 11 through July 13 for West Linn's Old Time Fair.
  • Boones Ferry boat ramp is open for the season and the fuel station has been repaired.
  • Hebb Park ramp is open. The docks have been installed for the season.
  • Molalla River State Park is open. Access into Molalla River State Park from Eilers Road is prohibited. Use the main entrance at River Park Place near the intersection of NE 37th Avenue and N Holly Street in Canby.
  • Champoeg State Park is open. Beginning in late 2025 and State Parks will be adding additional camping sites and a restroom/shower building. Portions of the park may be closed during construction.
  • Rogers Landing boating access site is open.  Paddlers are encouraged to use the beach area at the end of the access road.  This area is near the single car parking area and restroom.
  • Keizer Rapids Park is open.

Upper Willamette River (Salem to Eugene)

  • Willamette Park Boat Ramp is open. The dock is installed for the season.
  • Peoria Park, McCartney Boat Ramp, and Harrisburg are open.

Willamette River – Middle Fork

  • UPDATE: Sollie Smith boat ramp, Mills Bridge, Siskeyville, and Vanderzandan boat access are all open, but the river is very low for drift boat use. Kayaks and single person float craft can still navigate these reaches but may need to portage shallow areas.

Woahink Lake (Lane County)

  • East Woahink Lake boat ramp is open year-round.

Wolf Creek Reservoir (Union County)

  • The County access is open and free of ice.

Yaquina Bay (Lincoln County)

  • NEW: The Port of Newport boating sites are open. The rinse-down station lanes will be close June 4 through June 14 for repairs. The Port asks boaters use the rinse down area near the non-motorized launch in the South Beach Marina during this time. Check with Coast Guard Station Yaquina Bay for bar conditions prior to launching. District Thirteen (uscg.mil)

  • UPDATE: The Port of Toledo paddle dock is reopened

Yellowjacket Reservoir (Harney County)

  • Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife anticipates completing the installation of a new dock in the day use area located approximately 900 feet north of the Forest Service boat ramp by the end of July. The contractor is planning to be onsite beginning June 9. The new dock will have an area for anglers and an area for kayak launching.
