Available Rebate Funding

The Oregon Clean Vehicle Rebate Program reopened on Thursday, May 22, 2025. Vehicles must be purchased or leased on or after that date and while the program is open to be eligible for the rebate. Any vehicles purchased or leased before May 22, 2025 are NOT eligible to apply for Oregon Clean Vehicle Rebates. If the program must close, DEQ will announce the date 30 days in advance.
